PDG was brought on board to convert the existing run-down end of terrace house into a modern HMO co-living accommodation. We maximized the existing floor-space by using the basement and loft to create additional communal amenities space rooms. PDG created 7 beautiful and affordable shared accommodation bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, perfect for young professionals.
