PDG provided a detailed building regulation drawing package along with technical details/ working drawings to enable the contractor to build this modern bespoke property. PDG also provided site assistance and signed off the project at the end once completed to a high standard. PDG issued a PCC (professional consultants certificate) enabling the client to secure a mortgage on the property.
