PDG provided a full remodelling of existing 1960 detached bungalow in an affluent area of Harrogate. We were given a task by our client to create a bespoke modern contemporary design, creating open plan living, bringing the outside in with large, modern sliding doors and open stairway allowing the light to flow in from the roof, adding an extra 2 storeys of living accommodation to give our client a large 5 bedroom dwelling house. Utilising the loft and taking advantage of the beautiful countryside to the front of the property we have designed for our client an insert open balcony whilst giving full privacy.
