The proposed development has been carefully designed by PDG Architectural to sit in context with the surrounding properties. The three dwellings have an attractive design utilising traditional materials in a modern layout.

The double frontage set either side of a glazed central feature will add real character to the front of the properties. Each property is ‘L’ shaped and mirrors each other with a central dwelling with a central forecourt in front with traditional garden space to the rear.

The central glazed area will provide ground floor access and first-floor landing space. Modest dormers would be located on the extra bedroom space above the garage and would look inwards to the shared courtyard and parking area.
