Conversion from former offices to 9no self- contained studio apartments.

Change of use application from B1 (office use) to C3 (residential use) taking advantage of the current planning legislation this application was approved 5 weeks after planning submission under permitted development. This enabled the client to commence the extensive refurbishment project to create 9no self- contained apartments.

We worked on this project from early feasibility/ scheme design stage through to planning/building regulations and site inspections during the build to enable us to issue a professional consultant’s certificate at the end of the project.
