PDG obtained full planning permission to convert former offices (B1 use) into a 20- bedroom co-living accommodation. Within the area, there has been a lot of similar projects with refused planning but PDG had close communication with the planning officer and assisted with the process to enable a positive response at the planning committee. With this, we obtained full planning permission with very few planning conditions. Taking the present through from scheme planning and building regulation/ construction stage.
