Previously used as a guest house, PDG gave life to a mid-terraced Georgian property with beautiful tall bay windows, making it a splendid boutique aparthotel. We worked closely with the fire council to conform to all Fire and Building Regulations, bringing the period property back into use within the Cambridge town centre conservation area.
