Conservation protected, the site was an irregular shaped parcel of land and comprises the house with open space, trees, and access routes across the site.

When PDG had the first meeting with the client the planning permission was about to expire but we successfully managed to secure and discharge the planning conditions allowing the developer to proceed with the previous planning permission whilst PDG produced construction drawings, agreeing with the planning authority on more modern materials and amendments to the internal layout.

PDG has adapted the design to the rear elevation to take advantage of the large secluded private gardens, giving the homeowners a family garden within the grounds of the conservation protected community.
